How to return items?

For Orders in Mainland France and Europe Zone 1

Europe Zone 1 covers Germany, Austria, Belgium, mainland Spain, mainland Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, mainland Portugal and the Czech Republic.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to tell us that you wish to return, free of charge, any item that does not suit you.

All returns must first be reported to C-Création customer service so that you can receive a prepaid returns label:

1. Contact us by email at contact@c-creation.fr or by telephone on 02 96 83 92 89 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).
2. We send you a returns label for drop-off at a parcel shop.
3. Return the product in its original condition with all accessories.
4. Once received and checked, you will be refunded.

For Orders in Europe Zone 2

Europe Zone 2 covers Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

The returns process is the same. A flat contribution of €6.90 including VAT is deducted from the refund, regardless of the number of parcels in the order. Contact customer service by email at contact@c-creation.fr or on 02 96 83 92 89 to start your return.
