Withdrawal request
If you wish to withdraw from an order placed on our website, you may use the form below. This form allows you to send us an online withdrawal statement in accordance with Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code.
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. You do not have to give any reason for your decision.

What happens next?
- Your statement is recorded with the date and time of submission.
- We send you an acknowledgement of receipt summarising your request.
- We check the order and then send you the return instructions by email.
- You have 14 days from notifying us of your decision to withdraw to return the product(s) concerned.
- The refund is processed in accordance with our return conditions, after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
