When will my order be delivered?
In-stock orders are prepared within 2 to 3 working days after payment validation. A working day corresponds to a working day, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Once shipped, your order is transported by DPD depending on your country:

How do I return a product?
For a consumer purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to inform us of your decision to withdraw, then 14 days from that notification to return the product. Returns are free in mainland France and Europe Zone 1. A contribution of €6.90 including VAT applies in Europe Zone 2.

I am an architect or institution, how can I get professional conditions?
Specifiers and businesses in mainland France or the European Union can apply for a professional account. Professional terms are activated only after we have verified your business.
I am a reseller, how do I place an order with you?
Shops in mainland France can apply for direct reseller access, subject to approval. Faire and Ankorstore remain available, particularly for shops outside France.
