Repair rather than replace: our spare parts kits

At C-Création, we design lights made to last. When a component shows signs of wear, we offer original spare parts to give your lamp a second life. A sustainable, economical approach, true to our expertise as a French lighting brand since 1968.

Which lights are concerned?

Our after-sales service primarily concerns BOUDET / C-Création touch lamps, equipped with a touch-sensitive electronic system. Over time, some lamps may experience malfunctions related to the sensor, the bulb, or compatibility with recent Linky meters.

Important: our kits always include the bulb

Due to incompatibility with most bulbs on the market, the electronic casing and sensor are no longer sold separately. We only offer kits including the electronic component and the corresponding dimmable LED bulb. Choose the kit that matches your lamp’s model, bulb base and number of bulbs; our customer service team can help confirm compatibility.

Composition of our kits

Each kit contains the parts necessary for a complete repair:

The electronic component: dimmer casing located in the lamp base, or sensor with 3-intensity cable depending on your light model.
The original dimmable LED bulb: our APIA (E14 base) or DUBLIN (E27 base) models, specifically designed to work with the touch system.
One or three bulbs depending on whether your lamp has 1 or 3 lights.

How to choose the right kit?

To identify the right kit for your lamp, ask yourself the following questions:

How many bulbs does your light have? One or three?
What is the bulb base: E14 or E27?
Does the malfunction come from the sensor (the lamp does not react to touch) or the electronic casing (the lamp turns on by itself, does not maintain intensity)?

If in doubt, our customer service will help you identify the precise kit to order.

An accessible repair

Our kits include replacement instructions. Unplug the lamp before any work and follow the kit’s instructions. If in doubt, ask a qualified person to carry out the repair. For those who prefer to entrust the repair to our teams, some kits include workshop labor in Brittany: you ship us your lamp, we perform the restoration, and we send it back to you functional.

2-year warranty on spare parts.
